Coach
RYAN
Ryan is a sports enthusiast who discovered CrossFit nine years ago while searching for a new challenge. Since then, CrossFit TWA has become his second home and a constant in his life.
He’s always ready for a weightlifting session or a weekend CrossFit competition. When he’s not training or coaching, you’ll likely find him cheering on the Parramatta Eels, enjoying a movie, or relaxing with his dog Ellie.
Recently, Ryan has developed a passion for coaching and helping members at TWA master new skills. He’s excited to pass on the knowledge he’s gained from the many great coaches who’ve inspired him.
Qualifications: Level 1 CrossFit Coach
10 Years of CrossFit Experience.

GAB
Gab loves spending time at the beach with her dog Honey, sipping chai lattes, going on adventures, and even studying in her spare time. She finds joy in the little things and brings that same energy into everything she does.
Her favourite part of CrossFit is the strong sense of community that goes beyond just fitness. For Gab, it’s about friendships, support, and growing together both inside and outside the gym.
Her go-to movements are the Split Jerk and Squat Clean.
Qualifications:
CrossFit Level 1
Certificate III in Fitness
8 Years of CrossFit Experience.
