A COMBINATION OF WEIGHTLIFTING, GYMNASTICS AND FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

Our classes are capped at 15 people per class, ensuring that each individual receives personalised attention and coaching.

Our classes are designed to help people of all different fitness levels, from those just starting out to those looking to compete in the sport of CrossFit.

With our experienced and knowledgeable coaches, we are committed to helping you reach your fitness goals, you’ll never feel like our alone on your fitness journey.

PERSONAL TRAINING

1:1 INDIVIDUALISED SESSIONS

 We understand that classes are not always the right fit for everyone, which is why we offer one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to your individual goals.

Our team of experienced trainers are dedicated to helping you achieve the results you want, whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, general health or learning more about CrossFit.

ONBOARDING

NEW TO CROSSFIT? THIS IS FOR YOU

Ensuring you feel comfortable during your initial class is so importance to us.

That's why we provide onboarding sessions for all members.

​

Our comprehensive Onboarding Package consists of 3-4 sessions designed to familiarise you with CrossFit movements and allow the coaches to get to know you more. 

These sessions involve demonstrating and coaching you through various foundational movements, aiming to offer you the support you need when first starting out. 

OPEN GYM

24/7 ACCESS TO OUR FACILITY

Open Gym membership, grants you 24/7 access to our facility.

This membership will be capped at a certain amount of members .

This ensures that members will never experience overcrowding or have concerns about sharing equipment.

 

Additionally, Open Gym access is extended to TWA members who are already part of our CrossFit classes membership.

ONLINE COACHING

ANYWHERE, ANYTIME

We provide you a personalised program, just as you would receive in face to face sessions, via an App (True Coach).

 

Your online program is individualised to you and your goals. The app comes with movement demonstration videos and a chat function so that you can have contact with your coach.

NUTRITION COACHING

PERSONALISED FOR EVERY INDIVIDUAL

With our certified sports nutritionist, you can become more educated on the right foods to fuel your body and reach your goals.

​

Our nutritionist will regularly check in with you and guide you through your nutrition.

Kids Class

At TWA we believe in making fitness fun for kids.

​

Our group classes are designed to teach kids how to properly squat, deadlift and press, as well as basic gymnastics movements like pull-ups and handstands. We also provide nutritional information and physical activity tips to help kids stay healthy and fit. Our goal is to help children learn to love physical activity and make it part of their daily routine.
